Project Engineer Intern - British American Tobacco, Singapore | Jan 2021 – May 2021 (Present)

Involved actively in cross-team collaboration to brainstorm and elicit requirements in designing and developing a new data entry system using Excel VBA to efficiently handle daily production data.
Developed scripts using Excel VBA to generate various user forms for data entry which help to consolidate and keep track of production data at the production floor.
Conducted training for technical operators and provided guidance in using the new data entry system.
Developed automation scripts using Python to handle daily office tasks to increase work efficiency.
Participated in projects and experiments to improve quality and efficiency in manufacturing line.

Director - Rotaract Club of NTU | Jul 2019 – Jul 2020

Led a division of 20 members in planning and organizing events for around 160 club members to strengthen the bonds among the members.
Planned and organized 4 major events (Installation Night, Bonding Day, Picnic Day and Night Cycling) in one year.
Oversaw the planning and the execution of the events by devising a detailed timeline and preparation for the team to ensure the events run smoothly.
Collaborated with other divisions in bringing success to the events in the club.
